Our Background
Patron Defence was founded by four experienced fighter pilots who saw a clear gap in the capability support being provided across Defence Industry. Too often, support lacked operators with current, lived experience who could engage credibly with today’s Defence personnel and hold their own in complex operational discussions.
At the same time, many experienced operators are looking for the next meaningful challenge after uniformed service. They want the location stability that supports family life, while still contributing to the high-end operational Defence ecosystem in a civilian role that remains engaging, motivating and valuable.
Patron Defence was created to capture that capability and ensure it continues to support the ADF into the future.
